
One of my favorite quotes is “you can’t pour from an empty cup”
We can sometimes carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. Often going through our daily rituals and routines which may or may not be helping us. If your daily routine includes everyone and everything except taking care of you, then you need to re-evaluate and re-prioritize.
You can only be as good to others as you are to yourself. We only have one body and one recovery system. In order for us to become stronger we need to be mindful to allow ourselves to re-charge, and re-fuel.
